Burger King said to have the footage of the whole incident but when police came to compensate the footage, there was a technical error. The manager of Burger King believes that the police wiped away an hour of the footage. She reported that the police were in the video room for over an hour doing God knows what. According to the head chief of police, there is no evidence that the footage was ever tampered with. Therefore, there is no evidence that the footage was even there. Police believe that technical difficulties were to blame for the disappearance of the evidence. This entire case happened a year ago and is still continuing to this day. Emanuel, the mayor of Chicago, blames himself for the doing of another person because he owns the city—he feels as if it was his own fault. In my own personal opinion, I feel like this world is going to hell. Day by day, we are slowly heading deeper and deeper into hell. No matter how much we try to make this world a better place, we won’t be. The only time and hope we have, is if every single nation and person comes together as one to make the world a better place for good. There is always going to be people who cause harm, problems, and chaos but as one, we can defeat it. As you look on the news, you see something almost everyday about police brutality. Not all policemen are bad but some of them do not deserve a badge what so ever. Don’t get me wrong, Laquan McDonald was in the wrong for waving a knife at the police but he did not deserve to die nor get shot sixteen times.
