I do not think officer’s training at the police academy is the problem. Police academy just need to involve more people training, which can involve communication and building relationship with people in the community as an exercise or whatever the cast maybe. Communication and Relationship is an enormous method of policing. This will show too many officer who’s in the police academy that a great relationship and dialogue with the people in the communities will help bring positive attitude and satisfaction to African American and other cultural out there.

What a lot of academic institutions should do is show there officers the meaning of becoming a big amount of hope for the communities they protect. I also feel that colleges like Augusta Tech College in Augusta, Ga where I live, should have a way of becoming one with law enforcement organizations to grow the community patrolling, that include officers getting hands on experience with local law enforcement organization on establish relationships with the people in the communities. Even if they do not work in that community is the fact of getting to know people and building that trust. I think it would also demonstrate and encourage a huge amount of diversity within different departments and communities. It should not just be criminal justice academy’s peaching the world of all lives matters, even a huge amount of African Americans are killed by law enforcement.
