Keep Calm – Not allowing nerves, fears, or worries to get the better of you.

Now, once you jump in life, you’re going to get worried, anxious, and nervous, but don’t worry: KEEP CALM. One of the things I’ve learned in life is that everything works out in the end, and if it hasn’t worked out, it’s not yet the end. I said this in a previous chapter but it really is true. Many times we worry too much about certain things, but I have one question I’d like you to answer:

WHAT DO YOU GAIN FROM GETTING WORRIED?

Instead, listen to the type of music you want your mood to be. If you want your mood to be happy, then listen to happy music, because it will automatically rub off onto your mood and influence it.

One motto I live by is ‘Hakunna Matata’, as alongside Finding Dory and Finding Nemo, The Lion King has to be one of my all-time favourite films. Now, let me just be honest and tell you that I’m not over Mufasa dying yet – Scar is such an idiot! But anyway, Hakunna Matata means ‘no worries’. Remember back to chapter B? You’re too blessed to be stressed, so make sure you always remember this. You gain nothing from being worried. A seed has to endure soil before it can grow, so if you’re going through a situation right now, just understand that it’s there to MAKE YOU AND BUILD YOU.

Sometimes you do need to break down before the breakthrough, and I myself had to go through that when I had my massive breakdown in early 2016. Mentally, I lost myself so I could find myself, and when you go through these kinds of struggles, you appreciate life more. Every test allows you to glorify the testimony. Bad things have to happen for you to REALLY appreciate the good, so just go with the flow because your good times are coming, and I know you will definitely appreciate them when they
