Sport the Social Style

In the first conversation, just in the first sentence we can already tell that the woman has an emotive style by her voice tone and her hand gestures. She is talking about doing something spontaneous, and she is expressing it in a highly enthusiastic way. She has a people sociabilty since she is trying to organize this nice trip for everyone, and show her emotions. She has a high dominance, she initiated the demand and she knows what she wants and, even though the other person is no quite agreeing with her, she is not accepting a no for an answer. The second speaker in this conversation has a refelctive style. The main thing that helped me noticed is how preoccupied he looks. Also he expresses he wants to take couple days to make a decision, and do some research, which shows that he likes orderliness and enjoys reviewing the details. He has a task sociabilty, he does not like talking about his feelings, and he has a low dominance because he clearly is not liking this idea but he is not capable of

She sits down and says that she has ten minutes to solve this, and she goes straight to the point, which reveals a clear direct style. He voice tone also is very direct. She has a task sociabilty, she barely expresses any feelings except when he gets annoyed when other people complicates her ideas. She has a high dominance, during the whole conversation she is stating her decisions, and it doesn’t seem at any moment like she is willing to let the other speaker change anything. The second speaker in this conversation has high sociability, she expresses concern not only for herself but other people’s feelings. She has a supportive style, she listened attentively, without cutting the other speaker, and she display warmth by showing that she is concerned about other peers. She has a low dominance, she is clearly eager to assist
