This shows that even though religion is becoming less ritualistic, it is still religious because it is considering salvation. More people are attracted to a religion that doesn’t shame other religions for believing different things. It can be very attractive for people act actually care. This can help in different ways especially economically. People are more tolerant with people of other religions. This can be helpful in business transactions, when trying to make a deal with a person of a different religion. If someone is accepting of their business partners’ beliefs, it would be more likely to complete that transaction and do business with them in the future. This allows room for interpretation and openness of others. In today’s world of readily available information, most people try to question and interpret teachings. Those teaching are also exposed to the world, so the teachings can be shaped and reformed to fit the difference of the world. Most people today can simply Google things and look up other people’s opinion. This can be helpful in people developing their own opinions, which exclusivism doesn’t allow for. There’s no acceptance within the exclusivist religion. Religions must develop or dissolve. A new religion has developed in the need for openness in this global world. This religion is Bahá’í. Bahá’í is a very new religion, it started in the 19th Century. It is monotheistic and focuses on the spiritual unity of all mankind. They believe that all major religions come from the same God. They believe in the unity of humanity, that everybody is created equally, and diversity should be accepted and appreciated. Although, Bahá’í was created way before globalization, it has become increasingly relevant and appealing for the modern world. It is not very well known at this point, but most people are looking for something like Bahá’í, a religion that is open to all and sees that all is right. This makes it easier for people socially to connect with others, instead of shaming others for their beliefs and getting rejecting by
