A recommendation would be using alternate transportation methods mainly because of the long physical distance that exist between Plumpy'Nut main manufacturing facility and the destination. In the currently existing Supply-chain and distribution framework, the decisions regarding the method of transportation creates a significant difference in both the time and the price of transporting Plumpy'Nut. Also, it is worth mentioning that the shipping Plumpy'Nut through a mixture of land and sea freights can be the best method of transportation to use, mainly because of huge price and cost advantageous, but however the expensive air-freight should still be used in order to quickly deliver Plumpy'Nut, from the manufacturing facility to a destination that is in serious crisis. Also, the fact that there is only one company producing Plumpy'Nut, makes it an unreliable and problematic framework. Increasing the domain of the production base and manufacturing factories to better answer the needs of the global market for the Plumpy'Nut would significantly help so that the prices would remain stable even when there is an increase in the demand for
