Mr. Macky is Wacky is about the kids at Ella Mentry School learning about Presidents’ Day by dressing up as a President and giving an oral report on that person. The main characters are Mr. Macky the wacky reading specialist, the teacher Miss Daisy, and students A.J. and Andrea. A.J. hates school and Andrea annoys him because she thinks she is the smartest person and A.J. wants to show her he is smart to by writing the best report ever. The kids go to an assembly to learn about George Washington and Abraham Lincoln and at the end of that they get to vote for one of them as the school president. The kids start to giggle while they are voting because they vote for Mr. Wiggles, Neil’s pet ferret, as the new school president instead of Washington
