Apart from an analysis of plot and Riley’s actions in the animated film “Inside Out” to find a coming of age theme in the film, the researcher also interpret and finds the reflection of society also which is Family and child rearing. As a children that having a usual development and growing to be an adolescence, the main factor to assisted them is family or parents. The film demonstrates Riley was raised with warmth love by her parents, influence to her development to be usual, until her family move out from Minnesota to San Francisco because of her father’s job. It shows us that her family may having some financial problem which make her family need to find a better way for family. Relocating from her hometown to a big city of her family
