Brown v. Board of education was a case that was highly explained to be One of the most ground breaking court cases. Ferguson. The Plessy v. Ferguson case was a famous case but The details of it are history breaking. Homer Plessy was jailed because he was sitting in a "White" car on the East Louisiana railroad. Homer had a Light Complexion, but if he was a little lighter he could of easily not gotten jailed. A black civil rights organization demanded to take The city of Ferguson to court or The city of Ferguson Police force. Plessy v. Ferguson caselasted for 2 years and Homer Plessy Won the case. He had a long battle but he won because he was determined to set a building block on better life for African Americans.
