Since our last conversation have conducted an investigation which has included discussions with management and staff at DNK Out of School Club. I have made play room observations and audited documents to ensure that the safety of all children is a priority at all times.
I held a discussion with Steve Rivers the manger about his manner when addressing parents concerns and we also discussed the importance of documenting the minutes of the meeting in an accurate manner that is a true reflection of the discussions at the meeting.
I have made playroom observations and as you are aware I cannot discuss personal information. I can however say that I am currently satisfied that there are the correct risk assessments, behaviour plans and supervision
