The activity which is the most important to me is holding the position and rank of a Platoon Warrant. I have been in the Cadets program for five years and at the end of the fourth the year I was assigned the rank of Warrant Officer with the position of Platoon Warrant. This rank means a lot to me because it is extremely hard to attain and it is a position which leads to the highest rank in the program. On the way to receiving this position, I have had multiple qualifications which I acquired.
This position has firstly allowed me to earn good standards in the program itself as well as self-discipline, self-confidence, and self-awareness. Through self-discipline, self-confidence, and self-awareness, I set realistic goals and try to achieve them
