Platoon Leaders

This week as one of the selected Platoon Leaders there are a few things I would like to accomplish. I will attempt to keep the team organized and on task. A personal goal is to give proper direction by making sound decisions. To maintain 100% completion of assigned tasks for the week would be an accomplishment in itself. Finally, just to be able to take part in leading the team through a successful week. These are just a handful of goals I would like to accomplish as a Platoon Leader.
The team as a whole has been performing well in certain areas. An example, during stressful situations the team comes together to help each other. The selfless helping has been noticed and is on the rise lately. Motivating each other is another area the team is
