Platoon Leader Character Analysis

Development of character is what makes us who we are. My spot in leadership deals with positions when I need to be decisive, setting the example and regulating standards. The most recent leadership placement I have held deals with an officer position at my school. As a 2nd Lieutenant, Platoon Commander, I make sure that my fellow peers under me are in the standards of the school(neat uniform, shaved, no foul language etc.). As a leader, I am the example people would look up to and follow, that is why being a leader is very critical. You need to know what to expect and know how to display it.
