DIFFERENCES OF ANIMAL CELLS VS. PLANT CELLS
A plant cell is a eukaryotic cell, which is basically a membrane-bound nucleus. The DNA is located in a plant cell which is contained in the nucleus. Along with having a nucleus, plant cells have membrane-bound organelles. These organelles are accountable for constructing hormones and enzymes that deliver energy for a plant cell. An animal cell is as well a eukaryotic cell that has a nucleus and organelles. Animal and plant cells are very similar, but they are also very opposite at the same time. A plant cell is commonly bigger than animal cell. The normal range of animal cell is from 10 to 30 micrometers and a plant cell stretches from 10 to 100 micrometers. Animal cells come in distinctive sizes and have asymmetrical form and plant cells are comparable in dimension that are rectangular or cube …show more content…
Although, there are many things that are needed to makeup both of these cells, it seems that they both share two different cell systems. Plant and animal cells are not very different from one another because they both share many of the same traits. The only thing is that they share different energy source and a unrelated way of their storage.
