Explain How To Plan A Well Guided Action Plan

In order to achieve my goal, I need to plan a well guided action plan. One of the best option would be to creating a strategic plan which include management models and frameworks. In order to focus on my first goal which is business communication I could focus on strategic plan option which includes mission, values and vision statement. Which mean I should try to clearly identify end point of desired goal and then start developing objectives, strategies and tactics to achieve that goal. Therefore, Functional Strategic Plan Framework would be the best option to improve corporate communication skill. Therefore, by understanding different cultural perceptions are really important and it gives an effective solution towards variety of factors. Research show when having various perspectives, cultural background and looking for different solution gives backbone towards innovation (Jun, 2015). In today’s world having highly diverse organisation is extremely important. Where cultures are driven through different values of a person and it needs to recognised, understood and should be respected. As a result, it will create strong motivation and momentum to have strong performance towards company growth. Therefore, when working at Ceylon Trading Private Limited I could be able to develop my different cultural perception through meeting different cultural background people where I would be doing transaction for them. This would give me an opportunity to learn about multicultural environments where others have values, beliefs, cultural identity and certain conventions that are distinctly different from what I have learned and experienced about (Authenticity Consulting, n.d). By doing my placement for 12 weeks’ period definitely there is an excellent opportunity to learn about different cultural perception and diverse
