Congress recently passed a bill to defund Planned Parenthood, an organization that provides healthcare and sex education, on the basis that they illegally sell fetal tissues after abortion. According to Planned Parenthood, 2.7 million women and men annually visit a Planned Parenthood health center for information and services and defunding this organization would deny a majority of them access to reproductive health care.
