Plaintiff’s closing will be presented through a summary of each of the witnesses, in the order of testimony. In addition, Plaintiff Gendron will point to the various portions of the exhibit list.
Roxann Gendron is the executor of the Marion Hinkmeyer Estate. Ms. Gendron testified that she was planning on moving into the property following her mother’s death and made preparations to do the same. She testified that by moving that she would have saved a mortgage payment of $1,251. Given the poor claims handling and the extent of the damage to the property, Plaintiff claims the entire amount of the policy. Restoration, 12 months, for a total of $14,892.

Ms. Gendron testified that 16,000 gallons of water entered the property, based upon her water
