In the past few months, the downstairs monitor’s touch screen has slowly deteriorated in quality to the point that simply typing in an order is an ordeal and writing anything out is downright impossible. When an order is attempted, one of two things happens. It either clicks somewhere randomly on the screen, or just does not work. While initially it was bearably, it has gotten to the point where one meal takes five minutes to punch in, which is an absolute nightmare on weekends when three servers need to punch in orders for several tables.
