Pizza is a dish that was thought to have been created by the Greeks in the B.C. era. Like the Greeks, many other groups at this time had early pizza-like flat breads such as the Paratha, which was created in India. In Napels, a city in Italy, the term pizza was created during the 1700s by street vendors. The pizza most similar to what we have today was created on June 11, 1889 (a day recounted by historians), and it was created in Italy. It was created by Raffaele Esposito. After this event, the warm, red shaded meal became an even more popular hit. Pizza at this time was more of a sweet bread dish than one to be savored, as shown by cookbooks written by people such as Pellegrino Artusi. Many could compare pizza at this time to a flatbread now known as schiacciata. The final big event in the history of pizza occurred in 1927, when Ana Boni, a chef, created different recipes in put them in a cookbook. Many foods should be avoided, and one of the prime examples is pizza. Pizza is one of the worst things for a person to eat. Like a fatty, greasy hamburger, pizza has little to know health benefits for you. Eating something like this can ruin your day, your week, and even your life. Pizza is a disease, giving you no benefits while only hurting you day in and day out. Eating this meal causes your stomach to yell, asking you to quit sickening it with pizza and other foods like it. The drip you hear of the grease hitting your plate is a sign of bad things, as there are no benefits of pizza. You only have one body, and you need to keep it in the best shape possible. Running daily, working hard, and eating right will help you; pizza can only hurt. I hope I have made my point, and I hope you heed my advice and avoid pizza at all
