4. Pita Pit SWOT Analysis Strengths 2-4-1 deals on selected days/hours. Variety of white/wheat pita bread with Vegetarian options. The food is delicious and served fresh. Clean and sanitary throughout the store. Threats: Taco Bell, Subways, Quizno’s and Popeye’s chicken. Subways and Quizno’s do not offer a drive thru option and Taco Bell and Popeye’s chicken is not considered competition via healthy food standards. Weaknesses: Prices are medium to high depending on the items selected. (May offer free wi-fi as competition does not offer it.)
