I received a telephone phone call from Alderman Vaccoar and Mr. Dan Fuchs regarding a complaint of his neighbors dog a black pit bull with white spots continued going under the fence and going on his property as well as his home. This has been going on for at least six months. Mr. Fuchs has put in serveral complaints with the Citizen Service Burear. Can you send out a animal contraolf
