One day in April, Tyler was a part of a pirate crew and they were headed into the deep waters of the East Pacific Ocean. Armed with baskets of food and gunpowder, they were on a voyage to trade with others in Thailand. Tyler was a Jamaican crew member for the “Red Bearded Pirate Crew”. He met his crew in Scotland when he was picking up fur pallets.
Tyler was around 6’2,” with midnight black dreadlocks that went to the middle of his back that were tied together with a pliable rubber band. He very rarely spoke English, but was trying to prosper learning it each day. His crew members were unkempt white men that were seeking for one extra member in order to gain more supplies. He couldn’t understand much of what they were saying, and most of the time he felt like they were talking about him. He felt like he wasn’t treated equally because when they were successful, he got treated as a slave and would never get paid as much as the white folks. On late nights when they would eat all together as a crew, Tyler would sit alone and pick at every last crumb on his rusty plate. After hijacking kings, queens, and wealthy villages, they would gain rum, corn, and giant slabs of meat. Tyler wasn’t home, but his family was killed instantly. After finding this out, Tyler was furious and broke it an angry rage. In his rage, he ended up killing his neighbors in order to get revenge for his family. Due to this “incident,” he had to run away before the cops could reach him. Tyler quickly ran to the docks with the little amount of things he had salvaged from the wreckage of his home. He bribed an old friend to whom worked a Scottish boat to smuggle him on the ship. He said to be by the ship by dawn. Once Tyler arrived, he soon came to terms that his friend was a pirate!!! This is the pain that caused Tyler to become a
