In hopes of attending the Pioneer Prep Leadership Institute I plan to gain understanding and develop my leadership skills. Some people are natural born leaders but others like myself are on a continuous process of learning and developing the necessary ways of being, a leader possess. Leaders are inspired by the desire to see everyone happy and prosperous so that we may keep evolving to new levels of understanding. Attending the Pioneer Prep Leadership Institute is another opportunity I hope to experience in the midst of my own personal process. I hope to gain further knowledge and wisdom within my own culture.
