How does an African-American male from the suburbs of the North Carolina south, plagued with financial struggles at home and faced with an inadequate education system find himself falling in love with lacrosse, discovering the value of a liberal arts education at Bowdoin College and reveling at the opportunity to improve his coding skills in his spare time? I believe that the individuals that I have encountered over the course of my life should be credited for developing the person I am today. Through coaches, teachers, friends, and family, I have come discover many new experiences that I now know and love.
