President, CEO, and chairman of Piedmont Pharmaceuticals Roland Hunter Johnson started off by introducing the Piedmont Pharmaceutical Team that works for him. Before creating his own business Johnson first started working at Ciba/Novartis in 1981- 1996. From there he went on to work for Blueridge. Johnson then talks about how in 9-11-2001 he found Piedmont, explaining the best ways on how to raise money. Five employees, no funding, no validated human products, market restrictions in animal health all with 150 investors.
