Title: Dorm Life
The two themes this picture conveys are place and identity. To a stranger, this will seem like a regular desk and there are millions of desks similar to this one. To me, however, I see my desk that is located in my dorm, and is different from everyone else's. In this picture, you can pick up some traits that may expose some characteristics of the owner's identity. For example, the rubik's cube representing their love for puzzles, the artistic background of a phoenix which may or not be their favorite mythical creature, as well as a pair of Sony MDR-7506, which is a standard for studios, to show their passion for creating and listening to music could all be traits of the person who normally occupies this desk.
