PICOT Question: INTERVENTION
In primary care clinics with rural patients(P),how does hand hygiene compliance (I) compared to no handwashing or the use of hand sanitizer(C) affect reducing nosocomial infections(O)within _each clinical visit(T)?

In such cases, hands should be washed with a non-antimicrobial cleanser and water, or with an antimicrobial cleanser and water.
