It is expected that all tenants of Pico Buildings enjoy their leased spaces without disruptions. As a business owner myself, I can understand the frustration you must be feeling.

As a tenant, you are aware of Pico Buildings lease agreements. This agreement does require that I speak to Mr. Haperot and give him the opportunity to correct the situation before an eviction notice can be issued. If Mr. Haperot does not comply with the request within 30 days, I can then begin the eviction process.

I have spoken with Mr. Haperot personally, and he has assured me that he will take necessary steps to reduce the noise his entertainment booking agency produces. I will continue to monitor the noise levels and will follow up with you in 30 days to get
