Pico Far East Holdings Limited is a global Total Brand Activation company that started out in 1969. They have 2000 inspired professionals in nearly 40 major cities and have some 80000sq.m across five countries. They have different platforms such as integrated, sustainability, engagement, digital and creative that has many different services such as events, exhibitions, visual identity, sports, interior and retail, themed environment, venue mangement, conference and exhibition management and expo. This will affect the company significantly as when the company has talented people and continues to attract more, it will ensure that the business will run smoothly. For profit, it is to maximise sustrainable return to shareholders. Firstly, Pico commits to the Corporate Social Responsibility that ensures that business and industry grow and operate in a sustainable way and ensure that the world will be a better place for the next generation. Whereas, Kingsmen does not commit to the Corporate Social Responsibility so this shows that Kingsmen is more about maximising their profits which only caters to shareholders while Pico Far East Holdings Limited maximise their profits and at the same time ensure sustainability in Earth that caters to both the shareholders and stakeholders so clients will be more attracted to work with Pico. Pico also has more depth of experience as compared to Kingsmen as Pico started in 1969, with over 2000 talents and are present in almost 40 major cities while Kingsmen started in 1976 , have over 1600 talents and are presented in 18 offices. This means that Pico is better as they started earlier, have more talents and are more well-known so they have more experience and preferentially work with Pico as they will be able to plan,coordinate and execute an event or come up with a design that will please and impress clients more.
