Imagine you find an object with the following characteristics: it gets larger, it moves, it does not require food.

If an object gets larger and it moves it has to get some source of energy. So I believe it is a non living specimen because all living things need energy. 5. Viruses are made up of the carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and phosphorus. However, when left alone they can’t reproduce. Only when they infect other organisms can they make more of their own kind. Should viruses be considered living? Why or why not?
I don’t think it should be considered living because it is only alive when it has a host. They cannot reproduce on their own therefore it’s not a living
