Physician Office: A Case Study

In my physician office the office manager Tina Nilssen is the one who is in charge of accounts receivables and accounts payables. She explained to me that once the payment is received it gets posted to the patients account immediately to avoid falling behind whit her work and for the doctor to see money flow. And the front desk is responsible of collecting all deductibles at the time of service but the manager is the one who posted in patients account.

Editing and correcting claims before submitting them to payers it save lots of time and money and by creating reports reduce the bills that must be resubmitted and reducing billing processing costs. she is actually using electronic billing and is very happy with the process and very impress
