At the start of my seventh grade year, the idea that I wanted to become a Physician Assistant made its debut in my mind. At that time, I was unknowing of the undertakings that a P.A. is held responsible for and of what would be required of me to become one. Now, after shadowing and research into this profession, I have a greater understanding and appreciation of the role of Physician Assistants. I have realized that there is a certain art to medicine that is best manifested through the work of P.A.s and this is what attracts me to this career. To begin, I believe that with any form of fine art, including medicine, it is essential to be well-learned and confident in your work.
