Physical Therapy Transition

I started out as an intern to the physical therapist aide, which included preparing equipment for patients with special needs or disabilities and perform other duties, such as maintenance of ice/hot packs and the equipment required for treatments. After about a month, the head physical therapist asked me to transition to a physical therapist aide. I was excited about the transition, because it is my passion to assist patients. During each shift, I spent six hours assisting approximately 15 patients in their treatments and answering any questions related to their treatments. As an intern, I initially took the initiative to talk to patients and sympathized with their condition. Over time, I began to develop an understanding of their resilience
