I plan on observing a physical therapist at St. Anthony’s Hospital. This relates to exercise physiology because all of the rehab exercises that are preformed have to be written by a licensed physical therapist that knows their muscle physiology and how they contract. If the physical therapist did not know their exercise physiology then they would not be able to preform their job very well because they would just be guessing on what exercise trained and contracted which muscle. I think that this will be a great experience for me even though my goal is to become an athletic trainer. The reason being, an athletic trainer also has the opportunity to design, prescribe, and preform a rehab assignment. This observation will give me the chance to
