“Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live” (Jim Rohm). On a daily basis Physical Therapists help people to use their muscle activity or relearn to use their muscles again. An important part of life is being able to function without the help os anyone else. People that have been hurt in a car accident sometimes need to relearn how to independently preform their activities of daily living. Physical therapists help the people that have had a serious injury. They might have been in a horrible car accident or a related sports injury.
