FLOW Experience I have one particular activity I do that I really feel a “FLOW” experience. On Friday mornings, I job shadow a friend, who is a Physical Therapist Assistant, at a nursing- rehabilitation facility. The first time I went, I dreaded it because we had 12 patients to work with and I thought it was going to be a long day. I was so interested in what she was doing with the patients and why she was doing it that when my alarm when off I was so shocked that it was already time to go.
This place is not just a regular nursing home. The elderly patients only lived there while they go through their therapy, then they will go home. It was so interesting to see how she worked differently with each of the patients and their needs. She taught
