“Physical labor is healthy labor. I am not ashamed of doing anything because it’s what you have to do to grow” stated by Kalin. Kalin had a strong desire to control his fate. Kalin stumbled upon the idea of importing feta cheese to fellow Bulgarians, when he was researching transport fees of another idea he was entertaining. Nonetheless, Kalin decided to breathe the feta cheese import business. During this process he stumbled across many challenges and overcame them all. He had big dreams and visions with little finances. However, he did not take no for an answer. Instead of focusing on the things that may have went wrong he consistently focused on solutions.
Through determination, and strong faith each down fall pushed him to work harder. Kalin top three attributes are as follows; resourceful, risk taker, and

When it came to Malincho there was nothing Kalin would not do or sacrifice for the success of his business. When he received his first shipment some of his product had rotted, instead of throwing everything out he rolled up his sleeves and thoroughly sorted through his product to reveil only 5% of his product had been effect. Many people feel when they are the boss they do not have to do the dirty work but that is not true. Kalin understood the fundamentals of being an successful entrepreneur, he believed that no matter at whatever cost he had to get things done in order to see the progress he wanted.
My top three attributes are: determination, passion, and detailed. My passion drives my determination because I push myself to excel in anything I set my mind to. The worst feeling is to let yourself down so I work really hard not to. My attribute of being detailed comes from not liking to make errors so I am very cautious and pay close attention to detail so I can decrease the probability of errors. Also I pay close attention to my errors and study them so I do not make the same error the next time
