The study categorizes physical workplace support into three areas; these areas are functional support, psychosocial support, and inspirational support. Each function is measured to determine creative performance in relation to the person, process, and outcome.

It can help shape my argument by supporting that in the worker’s perception of their environment if known and implemented correctly can positively affect employees and the company. The physical work environment has several factors and this can expand my research to learn how various elements can play off one another.
