Based off of evidence and conclusions made from this study, physical education classes should take place more frequently outside. Students should be encouraged to participate in competitive sports. Students are clearly more active during recess over physical education classes, so schools need to take a look at what is going on during PE class and determine if more activity needs to take place or, if necessary, more instruction to the students on motivating them to lead a healthier lifestyle.
