Calculating the body fat percentage involved multiplying the sum of 6 skinfold sites and adding 2.585 which meant the client had 11.75% body fat. This that the client has healthy cardiovascular health and low a risk to develop heart disease later if he maintains his exercise routine/diet to maintain this body fat percentage.
