Client physical activity history: The client participated in an adult pre-exercise screening tool and it was noted that the individual performs 30 minutes of light exercise 5 times a week. Based off the exercise schedule -1 risk factor was noted; as it is above 150 minutes of exercise a week. There was no other risks factors indicated by the client regarding his medical history which indicates that the individual is at a low risk according to APSS guidelines, granting him the permission to participate in aerobic physical activity/exercise at a high intensity.

BMI is only an estimation and doesn’t in account for account, age, gender, ethnicity and body composition. As BMI does not take into account lean body tissue in relation to body fat, muscular people often display a high BMI which will be labelled as obese.

Calculating the body fat percentage involved multiplying the sum of 6 skinfold sites and adding 2.585 which meant the client had 11.75% body fat. This that the client has healthy cardiovascular health and low a risk to develop heart disease later if he maintains his exercise routine/diet to maintain this body fat percentage.

Fitness components
Measuring for agility is a good indicator for the athlete’s performance in sports requiring high acceleration and deceleration to change direction in sports such as tennis, soccer and so on. Agility often involves a collective set of abilities that athletes need to consider in their training routine which includes; balance, spatial awareness, reactiveness and rhythm.
