It is a fun idea to promote exercise. As a family, it is important that everyone is involved in the physical activities and food choices to help the obese child succeed. As a family, they can help demonstrate support for the child by engaging in daily physical activity and by choosing healthy meals with the child. By selecting food choices that contain low levels of fat, sugar, sodium, and cholesterol. With these suggestions, it will reduce obesity and reduce heart disease. This disease is affecting children mental and physical. As a nation, there needs to be an end to this alarming health problem. Americans are not educated enough to understand that fast food is dangerous to our bodies. Many Americans may think that fast food cost less than healthy foods. However, if Americans are provided with the correct information then we can understand how to eat healthier for less than it costs to eat fast food with proper planning and some time spent preparing and cooking homemade food.
