Physical Activate Psychology

keeping myself in shape is importance because I play many sports like soccer, basketball, volleyball, swimming, and football. Without doing my daily or weekly exercises I will lose my stamina and physical strength to compete verses my friends or other teams. During the weekend I play with many soccer teams in leagues around Chicago and they offer me money to play. Doing these physical activates made me perform better and get stronger to play with professional soccer teams. Also, keeping my physical activates motivates me to keep a healthy diet and focus on school work. That is why physical activate is priority in my life.

Task 1: own reflection Ever since little, exercise played a big role in my life, and not only because my parents were and still are sports fanatics but mainly because I grew up to naturally love the idea of sport itself. Fitness I believe is crucial to one’s daily life and through the experience I’ve had so far, I can’t see why people wouldn’t want to anyways.
