Nowadays, film photography has helped many students/ photographers understand the meaning of a good photograph because it showed them that every picture counts so sue the film if the object you’re visualizing is worth it. The first photograph was taken by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce in 1826 and it was a picture of “…the view from an upstairs window at Niépce 's estate, Le Gras, in the Burgundy region of France (Harry Ransom Center).” And it did not mean anything but it did change the world for the next generation to come. Photography uses different types of colors and every aspect to clearly and accurately show a feeling. Imagine a man jumping off the street and into a puddle, and the picture is in black and white.
