Phone Administrated Surveys

There are many benefits of Phone- administrated surveys. Therefore, the type of survey that this organization should implement is a phone survey. Based on my observation at the facility phone surveys should be sent to the client's’ home so elder adults could participate in taking the surveys. Providing surveys after the doctors’ visits are showing to be ineffective because older adults do not want to take the time to fill out the surveys. In addition, older adults may have a hard time understanding the questions in the survey because of the current format. In addition, online surveys have been showing to be not efficient because elderly adults may not know how to access surveys online. According to the linkage, only 30% of older adults age
