Pho 75 Week 2 Analysis

Thesis:
When looking for Pho in Philadelphia, PA I found the restaurant Pho 75. Located at 1122 Washington Ave in Northeast Philly, this restaurant serves amazing Vietnamese food. It is hard to standout due to the vicinity of so many competitors. So how the establishment flourished, attracting Anthony Bourdain from the Travel Channel. Pho 75 has easily become one of my favorite Pho spots because of the food, price and service.
When searching for a secondary source to evaluate for the assignment. I found a fairly decent but short article titled Does Pho 75 Make the Best Pho in Philadelphia from seriouseats.com. It covers how the contributor Charlie Taylor came upon the restaurant through a college friend. Taylor begins with the menu selection
