How I lost close to 23 pounds in 21 days with the 3 Week Diet
My name is Lisa and would love to share with you how I lost close to 23 pounds in 21 days by following the 3 Week Diet program. I simply wanted to test-drive the diet out of curiosity and see if it could really make me fit into a few gorgeous dresses I had long forgotten after I had gained significant post-natal weight. In my case the diet really did give positive results after realizing my weight had gradually run out of control during pregnancy. Anyway, let me first tell you about the 3 Week Diet before I show you exactly what it did for me.
I learned about the diet from Kate and thought, well, why not give it a try. I’m not an avid dieter, probably why I had been having weight issues, but this one promised fast results and seemed completely easy to follow. The 3 Week Diet is actually a program created by Brian Flatt who promises to help you lose between 12 and 23 pounds in 3 weeks. At first I thought the claim was a bit outrageous just like many others I had come across online but was determined to find out if this one does indeed work.

I believe there are many reasons why the diet plan worked for me especially since it teaches you how a low carb diet is effective in cutting down those extra pounds. Brian Flatt, the creator of 3 Week Diet, shows you results from several scientific studies that back his plan. He even shows you how he tested the diet on himself before releasing it to the public. I believe he created the diet through an intricate process of trial and error before he went out to search for scientific principles to back his personal findings.
