Intro
Some might argue that prostitution (i.e. having sex for money) is significantly different from other business transactions in that it is not the same as any other business transaction. I will argue that this view is mistaken, because I think that prostitution is not significantly different from any other business transaction, but the same as any other business transaction.

Summary and set up
The view is that prostitution is not the same as any other business transaction. I disagree with this statement because I think it is the same as any other business transaction, in that it is work that is part of a job, an exchange of a service for money, and that it’s an agreement between two people.

Main argument
I believe this thinking is flawed, because prostitution is providing a service in exchange for money, it is a legitimate business, it is a job. In turn, I believe that the viewpoint on prostitution and how it is significantly different from any other business transaction fails.

The main foundation that is needed in order to have a business transaction would be to have a business. In this paper I will try to argue that prostitution is in fact, a business and with that being said, it is the same as any other business transaction.
