In every team there must be a team player, so I volunteered to be the leader to implement my work ethics. First, I recommended that we agree to work together efficiently, listen to each other and to achieve our goal quickly. Divided the work among the team members and everyone accepted their role. We have set a timetable where expectations have to be met. In order to meet the objectives of achieving our shared expectation the team must be effective in pursuing their goal.
