"Tell me what’s bothering you!” Copper shouted and right before I got the chance to answer the rest of the kids at the bus stop came running around the corner right as the bus came around the other. I shrugged at Copper and he groaned.
When we got to school I walked into the bathroom before Copper could ask me what was wrong again. I fixed my mascara and my hair. When I looked at my watch I saw that I was going to be late for class. I rushed out of the bathroom and to my class. I hesitated at the door seeing Shay already sitting at our lab table.

“I want you to believe me when I tell you that I’m sorry because every single word written down on this paper is the straight truth. I know what you saw and I understand what that must have looked like, but I can sit here and tell you that it was a misunderstanding. I wasn’t lying to you when I said that I was completely over Chelsea and I would take all of the time that I had with Chelsea away if it meant that I could have just one more hour with you. Any amount of time with you is better than a lifetime with Chelsea. Please let me explain the whole situation in detail.” Shay said. Ivy got out of his chair and stormed out of the room like the letter was sent to her. All the guys turned around and looked at me while the girls were all busy drooling over Shay.
“Well that wasn’t quite what I was expecting out of you, Mr. Shay. Please take your seat and explain your dilemma with Aubrey after class.” Shay nodded and walked back to his seat. He didn’t meet my eyes for a while, I think he was embarrassed about the whole thing, but I was having trouble breathing from how amazing that was.
