Phillip Shortman's Jail Sentence For Advertising

According to walesonline.co.uk, An eBay fraudster had his jail sentence for advertising cheap goods online. A judge said he was “not a very good as he keeps getting caught”.
Phillip Shortman, 18 at the time, has previous convictions for selling items on eBay that he either didn’t have or were not as described to the buyer. He was released from a 30-month sentence for similar offences when he was caught trying to pass off cheap products as valuable software online in September last year. Shortman was jailed for three and a half years at Newport Crown Court on May 9 after pleading guilty to seven counts of fraud. That sentence was cut to three years at the Criminal Appeal Court in London.
